Welcome To SLC Youth!
We meet every Sunday evening, 6 p.m. to 8 p.m. We gather for dinner, small group discussions, games and events for 7th grade through 12th grade.
Students are engaged in learning God's Word through small group discussions and teaching times, reinforced with hands-on activities and events. Students are encouraged to share their perspectives and study God's Word together and build a solid biblical foundation. Our prayer is that each student learns to recognize God's voice in their life so they are able to make Godly decisions and love God so deeply that they seek to please Him in their daily decisions.
Is it all serious? Absolutely not. We are serious about getting closer to God. We are also serious about making great friendships and having a lot of fun in the process. About 45 minutes of each student ministry meeting is spent in discussion and teaching, the remaining time is spent hanging out, eating, competing for prizes, or trying out a new activity. Every week is different!
We look forward to getting to know you. Bring a friend if you are move comfortable bringing someone you know, or just come by yourself and we will make you feel so comfortable that you will want to come back every week!
